Up and Running

I've been a Beatles fan since I was 16 or 17 and for many years my Beatlemania was pretty bad. Even though the Beatles had actually broken up and begun their solo careers long before I contracted this ailment, I managed to fill a huge binder with clippings about them over the years and to spend lots of my hard earned money on visiting Beatles sights in England, buying albums and reading books about them.

For the past 15 years, I was in a remission of sorts as the friends I had who shared my passion got busy with life and other interests. However, in the past year, I have had a relapse. Not only have I reconnected with old Beatles friends and discovered new ones.

In the intervening years I had also developed a passion for technology, so I no longer have to use a scrapbook to glue in photos or clippings. I have the whole world wide web at my disposal to provide the sources and I plan to use this blog as my scrapbook.
